I use Microsoft Copilot at work and Claude for my own business. I'm building agents and trying new features as they land, then share what happened with executive assistants, PAs, administration and business support. The bits that fell over too.

Real screenshots from my desk. Some worked. Some didn't.
Worked One prompt checks next week's meetings for agendas and pre-reads, then hands back a chase list.
Half worked Copilot tidied the headings, numbering and dot points. Headers, footers and page numbers it still left to me.
Missed the point Outlook's Get coaching pushed every suggestion softer. It read the words, not the relationship.
