CopilotThe missing agendas sweepNext week's meetings, checked for agendas and pre-reads, with a chase list.

Where: Copilot Chat.

Look at my calendar for next week, Monday to Friday. For every meeting, check whether there's an agenda in the invite and whether a pre-read is attached or linked, and count the attendees. Give me a table: meeting name, day and time, organiser, attendee count, agenda yes or no, pre-read yes or no. Then give me a chase list of organisers for any meeting missing an agenda or pre-read, sorted by soonest meeting first. List the meetings I organised myself separately so I know what I owe others. Flag anything with more than 10 attendees and no agenda.

Managing your exec's calendar? I add "and my executive [full name], I am a full delegate" after "my calendar" and it covers both. Then I save it in Prompt Lab and schedule it for every Monday.

Don't answer yet, what do you need to know first?

Argue against this.

What are the three questions my exec is going to ask?

What would you do if you were me?

Explain it back to me in two minutes.

The first gets it to interview me before it does anything. The next two find the holes before anything goes to my exec. The fourth is for when I'm stuck between options, and the last one tells me whether I actually understood it.

CopilotFour prompts for the end of the dayMeeting notes, decisions, meeting prep and long email chains.

Turn meeting notes into a plan. Where: Microsoft 365 Copilot app, Copilot Chat or Word.

Turn these meeting notes into a project plan with phases, actions, owners, risks and dependencies.

Find where a decision was made. Where: Microsoft 365 Copilot app.

Find where the decision was made to [the decision]. Include meetings, emails, chats and files related to the discussion.

Prepare me for a meeting. Where: Microsoft 365 Copilot app or Copilot in Outlook.

Prepare me for my meeting with [person]. Summarise relevant emails, files, previous discussions, actions and anything requiring my attention.

Turn an email chain into an action register. Where: Copilot in Outlook or Microsoft 365 Copilot app.

Create an action register from this email thread showing actions, owners, due dates and decisions.

None of these are perfect prompts. They're a starting point. Add your own context and make them fit your role.

CopilotWhere did my week actually goThree weeks of your own activity, bucketed to 100%. Not a timesheet.

Where: Microsoft Copilot.

I want to know where my time was spent for the last 3 weeks: calendar, sent items (outbox only, never incoming mail), Teams and SharePoint/OneDrive file activity. Categorise it over 100% capacity. Requirements:
1. Start with a table: capacity by workstream, whole percentages, totalling exactly 100%. This table comes before any narrative.
2. Second table: capacity by stakeholder or organisation, also totalling 100%.
3. Label every percentage as measured, evidence-based estimate, or indicative only. Estimate from the evidence you have rather than refusing to allocate, and state clearly what you could not see.
4. Group preparation, delivery, follow up and admin for the same outcome into one workstream. Do not double count activity that appears in more than one source.
5. Never use incoming email volume, message counts or file counts as a measure of time.
6. Finish with the top delegation opportunities.

It only sees what's in Microsoft 365, and some of the percentages are estimates. When I ran it, preparation came back at 40%, which was pretty accurate.

Explain it to me like I have no background on this.

If the answer doesn't make sense, I ask it to explain again, slower. If it does, I ask it to teach me why that fixed it.
